2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 cup diced onion
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 carton sour cream
TOPPING-
1 cup crushed cornflakes
 
1 stick melted butter
Instructions
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
