     Country Club Egg Casserole

Ingredients
5 slices bread
1 lb mild sausage
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 cup butter or margarine
 
5 eggs
2 cups milk

Instructions
Butter baking 9 X 13 inch dish. Cube bread and cover bottom of dish. Put drained sausage over bread, then grated cheese over sausage. Beat eggs, add milk and seasonings. Pour over your bread, sausage and cheese. Drizzle melted butter over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cover lightly with foil to bake.
