     Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
(2) TBSP. Sherry
1 1/2 TSP. Dried Minced Onion
(1) TSP. Ground Cinnamon
(2) TBSP. Olive Oil
(1) Pinch Garlic Powder
(2) Pork Tenderloins, approx 3/4 lb to 1 lb each
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients above in a large ziplock bag. Seal bag and shake well. Place tenderloins in bag and marinate for 6-12 hours, flipping the bag every few hours.
Grill or bake the tenderloins. For baking, bake at 350 degrees, turning the tenderloins every 10-15 minutes until desired temp. is reached.
