     Refrigerator Pan Rolls

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1 T salt
3 T butter
2 pkg. rapid rise yeast
1 c. warm water
1 beaten egg
2 1/2 c. flour - 2 3/4 c. (approx) flour

Instructions
Stir together hot water, sugar, salt and butter until butter is melted and sugar and salt are dissolved. Cool to luke warm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir together sugar and yeast mixtures.
Combine water mixtures with egg and 2 1/2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough flour to make a soft dough (approx 2 3/4 c.).
Turn out on floured surface and kneed 3-4 times. Place in large greased bowl, turning once to grease top of dough. Cover lightly and refrigerate until dough doubles. (you can leave it 4-5 days at this point if you want to)
Punch dough down and shape into balls. Place into baking dish and let rise at room temp. for a few hours. Bake at 375 for 20 min. or until tops are browned.
