     Carrots with Dried Cherries

Ingredients
1 package baby carrots
4 T. butter
3 T honey
1/2 c. dried cherries
 
Instructions
Cook carrots in water until tender. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter, stir in honey until disolved. Add the cherries and simmer over low heat for about a min.
Pour and stir gently until carrots are completely coated.
