     Alfredo Sauce

1/2 c. butter
1 package cream cheese
2 t. garlic pwd
2 c. whole milk or heavy cream
6 oz fresh grated parmesan cheese or kraft parm cheese in the shaker
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic salt
Pasta of any kind

Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Add cream cheese garlic pwd, and garlic salt, wisking until completely smooth.
Add milk a little at a time, smoothing the lumps out as you go.
Stir in parmesean cheese and pepper and stir until cheese is all melted and sauce is smooth. Thin with more milk if sauce gets too thick.
Toss with pasta.
