Preheat oven to Broil. Put rack up close to top (2nd highest slot). In bowl, mix ground beef with two cheese. Using a fork or your hands, mix thoroughly.
Form mixture into 4 hamburgers, flattening and pushing edges in so that the burger holds its shape. Burger should be about 4 inches across and no more than 3/4 inch high.
Place burgers on broiling pan, season with Worchestershire sauce, pepper, and steak seasoning.
Broil 4-6 min each side, until pink in middle.
