     Cheesy Broccoli Potato Mash

Ingredients
1lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes (cut into wedges)
3/4lb. Broccoli Crowns
3/4 c. Fontina Cheese
1/2 c. Non-Fat Milk
1/2 t. Salt
Pepper to Taste
 

Instructions
Boil in 1 inch water. Place potatoes in steamer basket steam 10 min (til tender).
Transfer to a large bowl, mash with a potato masher.
Add broccoli, milk, cheese, salt and pepper, continue mashing. Serve immediately.
