5 lbs pork ribs
|
|
1 large onion, chopped
|
|
1/2 tsp garlic powder
|
|
1-18 oz bottle BBQ sauce
|
|
1/2 cup beef broth
|
|
1/2 tsp black pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Place ribs in crock pot. Add onion and seasonings. In a bowl, mix broth and BBQ sauce, pour over ribs.
|
|
|
Cook on low for 6 hours.
|
|
|
Transfer ribs to a pan, pour a little sauce over and heat on 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Add a can of beans (drained and rinsed) to remaining sauce in crock pot and heat.
