     Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in bite size pieces
4 oz soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 cup Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
2 Tbsp white wine
 

Instructions
Place chicken pieces in a bowl. Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate, stirring often, overnight.
Place chicken in an oven proof skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting every 10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan.
Scrape pan juices and heat on stovetop, add white wine. Add chicken and cook for 1 minute.
Serve over rice
