Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine tomato sauce, barbeque sauce and sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until beginning to bubble, stirring ofter. Remove from heat
In a large bowl, add all tomato sauce EXCEPT 2 Tbsp; mix until well combined. Add remaining ingredients, combine well.
Load meat into a loaf pan, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, slice into 8 pieces. Pour remaining sauce on top. Place back in oven, uncovered, 25 minutes.
