Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over
medium heat until hot. Add chicken. Cook 3 mins on
each side or until chicken is no longer pink in
center. Remove from skillet; refrigerate 10 mins.
Cut into cubes
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting
salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Combine mayo, yogurt, lime juice, brown sugar,
mustard and ginger in large bowl. Add chicken,
pasta, nectarines and grapes; toss until coated with
dressing. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
