     Dad's Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 Packages White Button Mushrooms
2 Packages Cream Cheese (Soften)
1/2 lb Bacon (crispy and crumbled)
Chives
Pepper Jack Cheese ( Sliced and cut into inch squares )
 
Instructions
Wash and stem mushrooms.
In medium bowl combine cream cheese, bacon, and chives. Mix well.
Fill each mushroom with mixture and arrange in a glass baking dish. back till mushrooms turn brown and mixture has melted down.
Top with pepper jack cheese and place back in oven til melted and slightly tan.
