1 c. chopped apple (cut in 1/2 inch pieces or less)
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
Instructions
Beat egg and sugars together. Add and stir in remaining
ingredients.
Pour into greased 8-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
Recipe doubles well. May substitute rhubarb for apple.
