Helman's/Best Foods Mayonaise
Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
American Cheese - slices
1 Onions - finely chopped
Taco Powder
Garlic - minced
1 Green Bell Peppers - finely chopped
3 Green Chilis - finely chopped
Instructions
Brown / grill meat and drain.
Cover cooked meat in Taco Powder and mix well.
Spread mayo on one inside of each Tortilla. Put Toritilla mayo side up in a flat griddel.
Smother with a layer of meat, onion-garlic mix, and salsa.
Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
Cover with american cheese slices.
Lie other Tortilla over the top, mayo side down.
Press completely until cheese begins to melt. Lift Tortilla edge occassionally to make sure it isn't browning too much.
Flip carefully and cook on the other side until cheese is completely melted.
