     Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 C cooked Pork - diced small ( leftover chops, ribs, stew meat, roast)
4 C Rice - white sticky
6 Eggs - scrambled and chopped with salt
6 Green Onions - chopped
2 large Carrots - shredded and chopped
1 Bag Frozen Peas
2 Tbls Soy Sauce
1 Tbls Garlic Powder
1 Tbls Sugar
 
1 tsp Worsteshire Sauce
1 tsp Chili Sauce
1/2 C Hoison sauce

Instructions
Cook rice and set aside. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper. Chop into small pieces. Cook Peas and drain. Cook Pork or reheat and dice leftover pork. Shred and chop carrots into small pieces. Chop green onions
Mix Soy Sauce, Worsteshire, sugar and chili sauce. Mix all ingredients together in a large frying pan and heat through, just barely frying.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with eggrolls as a main course, or a side with Chicken Chow Mein
