Cook macaroni with salt and a litte olive oil. Rinse in hot water and drain completely.
Set in refrigerator until cool.
Add drained tuna and lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
Add radishes, celery, and onion.
Slice hard boiled eggs into quarters, and add.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix in Mayonaise.
Sprinkle Paprika over the top.
Garnish with slices of radish and green pepper.
