     Dad's Spicey Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
Dozen Eggs - hardboiled and peeled
4 Tbls. Helmans/Best Foods Mayonaise
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. Chives - fresh cut
6 Green Olives - sliced w/Pimento
1 tsp. Cayenne
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dash Paprika
 

Instructions
Hardboil, cool, peel, and slice in half your eggs. Make sure to stir your eggs while cooking so that the yolk comes in the middle. Remove yoke into a bowl. Clean egg halves and set on a covered plate in the refrigerator to dry.
Mix cooked egg yolks, mayonaise, dijon mustard, chives, salt, pepper,and cayenne.
Put a scoop of mixture in each egg. Top with a slice of olive Dash of Paprika.
