     Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 t salt
1 t soda
2 t cream of tarter
1/2 to 3/4 cup blueberries cooked and drained (if you can find them Wyman's canned are best)
1 egg
About 1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegtable oil
 

Instructions
In large bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt, soda and cream of tarter.
Beat egg in a two cup measuring cup and add milk to make 1 cup. Add oil and stir well. Add to dry mixture.
Fold in your rinsed and drained blueberries. Fill tins about half and bake 375 for about 20 minutes or until done.
