With a fork, mash the egg yolks until fine. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper to the egg yolks. Mix well. Add a bit more mayonnaise if mixture is too thick. Stir in the chopped bacon. With a small spoon or a pastry bag fitted with a very large fluted tip, fill the empty egg-white shells with the yolk mixture. Garnish with crumbled bacon bits and serve an orange wedge on the side!
