Cream butter, 3/4 c sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl. Add 3 eggs, beating well. Combine dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture alternately with sour cream. Combine pumpkin, beaten egg, 1/3 c sugar and pie spice in a separate bowl. Spoon half the cake batter in a 9x13x2 baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Spread to corners. Sprinkle half the struesel over the batter, then all of the pumkin mixture. Carefully spread remaining batter over struesel and then sprinkle the remaining struesel on top.
