     Dill Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup to 1 cup heavy cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 shallot or 1 scallion
1 t dried dill or 2 t fresh dill
zest of 1 lemon
 

Instructions
Using blender blend together all ingredients except half the dill. Pour in refrigerator bowl and stir in rest of dill Let stand all day or overnight.
Good on top of all white grilled or sauted fish or Salmon.
