Ingredients
Equal parts bacon, sausage or chicken drippins and flour.
Milk
Salt
Pepper
 

Instructions
In small frying pan preferably just after you have cooked a peice or two of bacon or sausage add flour to drippins'. Let cook for a minute or two. Don't allow to burn. Salt, pepper and add milk. Allow the thicken to the consistancy you want.
