Cut chicken into small pieces or chunks and saute until cooked through. Add chopped onion, green chilies and chili powder. Cook until onion is soft

In seperate bow stir together soup, sour cream and milk. Add about 1/2 cup of the sour cream mixture to the chicken and stir well. Spread about 1/2 cup in bottom of a 9X13 pan

|
Put 1/10 of chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll up. Place in single file row in 9X13 pan. When finished rolling all of gthem, pur remaining sour cream mixture over the top and spread around. Top with cheese

Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes
