     Disappearing Brownies

Ingredients
1 package (6 ounces) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
 
1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
Melt butterscotch chips and margarine in microwave (45 seconds) or top of double boiler. Cool for 10 minutes. Place in mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts
Spoon into greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 23 minutes. Frost brownies or drizzle with melted chocolate chips and/or a dusting of powdered sugar
