     Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
4 Russet Potatoes, boiled and mashed
8 oz Cream Cheese, cubed
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 (12 oz each) pkgs frozen Vegetables cooked
2 jars (12 oz each) Beef Gravy
1 medium Onion, diced
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onions.
Mix potatoes, cream cheese, half of cheddard cheese and garlic until blended.
Stir vegetables and gravy into meat. Spoon meat mixture into 9x13 lightly greased baking dish. Cover with mashed potato mixture. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
