1 1/2 lb brocolli
1 C cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C milk
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C bisquick mix
1/4 C firm butter
 
Instructions
Cook Brocolli. Place brocolli in ungreased round casserole...Heat oven to 400. Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over brocolli. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix baking mix and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle with more cheese...Bake until crumbs are brown about 20 min
