Combine better, lemon juice, tarragon, garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl with a spatula and set aside
Seperate dough into 8 rectangles and firmly press perforations to seal. Press each piece into a 6 inch X 4 inch rectangle. Pleace flour in a shallow bowl. Coat chicken breasts with flour and place one chicken breast on each rectangle
Divide butter mixture into 8 portions. Spread mixture evenly over each breast. Starting at the short end, roll up jelly-roll fashion. Firmly pinch edges and ends of dough to seal. Place seam side down on ungreased baking pan with edges. Cut a small slit in the top of each bundle
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush with beaten egg and bake 5 more minutes
