     Swedish Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Brown well in hot fat. When brown, remove meatballs and stir into the fat in the frying pan- 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika. Then stir in- 2 cups boiling water, 3/4 cup of cream.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Return meatballs to gravy and cook for about an hour
