1 (1 inch piece) Ginger Root, finely chopped or 1/4 tsp ground
1 tsp EACH dried Basil, Thyme and Rosemary (or several sprigs of fresh herbs)
Dash of Pepper
1 can frozen Lemonade
1 can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
5 tsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
Combine turkey with egg, add rice. Finely chop fresh herbs (or
dried) and add pepper. Add herb mix to turkey. Shape into 1 inch
balls and place in casserole dish. Combine lemonade, tomato sauce
and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for one
hour.
