Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla and mix well. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in egg mixture. Stir in nuts and pour into 2 greased 5X9 loaf pans
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
