Chop meat and potatoes, brown in skillet. Add peppers, onion and tomato. Cook till tender. In separate pan scramble eggs with a dash of milk. Cook till fluffy. Add to skillet. Cover with shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Serve with warm picante sauce
