     Jambalaya

Ingredients
2 TB butter
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 pound chicken or pork
1/2 pound smoked sausage
creole seasoning - to taste
worceshire sauce
 
2 cups water

Instructions
Cut meat into bite size pieces. Season meat and brown in large pot. Remove from pan. Saute vegetables in same pan until soft. Add rice and brown. Add meat and worceshire sauce to taste. Add water. Cook covered 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
