Pour boiling water over oatmeal. Let stand at room temp. for 10 mins. Add brown sugar, white sugar and margarine. Stir until margarine melts. add eggs. Mix well. Add flour, salt, soda and coca. Mix well. Add package chips. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle nuts and remaining chips on top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick clean.
