     German Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
1/1 teaspoon salt
vegetable oil..for cooking
 
Instructions
Whisk eggs and milk well. add additional ingredients [except vegetable oil]
Cooking pan must be very hot! Use vegetable oil to lightly coat pan.
Pour a very thin layer of batter onto hot pan. Move pan around to coat with batter. Pancakes should be very thin and slightly crisp around edges.
