Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, butter and one egg. Press in the bottom of an ungreased 9x13x2 pan. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powdered sugar. Stir in zest and juice. Reserve 1/2 c of this and place in refrigerator. Beat 2 eggs in the remaining mixture until well blended. Spread over cake mixture and bake until set for about 25 minutes. Cool completely, spread reserved topping. Refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate leftovers.
