heat oven to 325..Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper...Melt butter in skillet...Add oil...Saute chops until brown. Add more butter and oil if necessary ...Remove chops from skillet.. Add brandy and sherry to skillet and set ablaze...When flames subside add broth and scrape skillet...As soon as broth subsides remove chops...Add sour cream and mustard..stir till thick...Put chops in baking dish ...top with cheese and sauce and bake 1/2 hour
