     Whole wheat oatmeal waffles

Servings   about 4 waffles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 large egg
1 1/2 cups milk (can use soy milk)
1/3 cup oil
1 1/4 cups cooked oatmeal
 

Instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, cooked oatmeal and oil.
Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just till combined.
