     Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
1 Pack of Pork Chops aprox 4-6
1 Can of Condensed Cheddar Soup
5 Potatoes
1 Pack Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
8 oz Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Water
6-8 Slices American Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Cheese
 

Instructions
Clean and peel potatoes, slice thinly and layer on bottom of casserole dish. Combine Ranch Mix, sour cream, water and cheddar soup in a bowl.
Pour 3/4 of the ranch mixture over potatoes and layer american cheese on top. Place Pork Chops on top of cheese, pour remaining mixture over pork chops.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins or untill pork chops have reached internal temp of 160. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and return to oven for 5 mins or untill cheese has melted.
