Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
-
Salmon fillet, deboned, skin removed
-
Lemon juice
-
Garlic Powder
-
Onion Powder
-
Parseley
-
Dill Weed
-
bread crumbs
-
Unsalted butter or margarine
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to Broil. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray or rub with butter. Place salmon fillet on broiler.
Season with lemon juice first, then spices, and lastly sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Dot all over with small amounts of butter or margarine.
Broil for 20 minutes, or more if fillet is very thick. Check by cutting in middle; flesh should appear light pink and flaky. If additional cooking is needed, turn oven down to 350 degrees, cover with aluminum foil, add small amount of water in bottom, and bake until done.

White Rice, and Shrimp Sauce
