     OAMC Pumpkin Bread

1 cup oil
4 cups sugar
28 oz canned pumpkin
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground cloves
2 cups chopped walnuts
2 cups raisins
5 cups flour
4 t baking soda

Soak raisins in warm water for 5 minutes. Grease and flour small loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients except raisins and nuts. Dredge raisins and nuts with some flour and put in last. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out almost clean.
