     Veal or Steak Pizziolla

Ingredients
8 thin slices of veal or steak
2 tbl olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
2 C tomato sauce
salt and pepper
parsley
sweet basil
pinch of sugar
1 lb sliced mushrooms
 
Instructions
Saute meat in garlic and olive oil..Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook 45 min to a hour
