     Veal with Proscuitto and Cheese

Ingredients
12 pcs of veal
6 slices proscuitto
6 slices fontina cheese
2/3 C flour
2 eggs,beaten
bread crumbs
6 tbl butter
4 tbl oil
lemon
 

Instructions
Place veal between wax paper and pound. Place a slice of proscuitto and cheese on each piece of veal..top with another piece of veal. Dip in flour on both sides. Dip in eggs....Dredge in seasoned bread crumbs.. Refrigerate 1 hour..melt butter in skillet...add oil and cook a few at a time for 5 minutes on each side
