heat oven to 320.. Line cupcake tins with liners. Mix crumb
ingredients and put 1 tbl in each muffin tin. press firmly.
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, salt
vanilla and lemon and mix well. add sour cream. Don't over mix.
..Spoon into cupcake tins almost to the top. ..Tap the tray gentle to
make any air bubbles rise to the top. .Bake 15 min..Cool.Chill at
least 6 hours. top as
desired.
