Heat oven to 350....Mix crumb ingredients and press into the bottom of springform pan..Bake 8 min
Cream softened cream cheese with sugar...add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well after each addition. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Pour into pan..Bake 40 min. Turn oven off and leave in turned off oven 2 hours...Refrigerate over night
Variations...Maple cheesecake...Add 1 tsp maple flavoring along with vanilla and use gingersnaps instead of graham crackers
To make designs-color small amounts of cheese cake mixture and paint on cake...Wherever you put the cheesecake it stays when baked
