Ingredients

-	1 C soft butter
-	1/2 C sugar
-	1 egg
-	1 tsp vanilla
-	2 C flour
-	pignolis
-	Filling..
-	3 eggs
-	2 C almond paste

-	1/4 C sugar
-	confectioners sugar


Instructions


Crust- Beat butter,sugar,egg and vanilla..Mix in flour..Roll dough in balls and pess with tart maker dipped in confectioners sugar. Fill with almond filling and sprinkle with pignolis. Bake at 375 25 min


Filling...Mix eggs, sugar, and almond paste Sprinkle with conf sugar when cool
