     Double Choclate Mint Brownies

Ingredients
1 C flour
1 C sugar
1/2 C softened butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 C hershey syrup
mint layer--
2 C conf sugar
1/2 C softened butter
1 tbl water
 
1/2 tsp mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
topping-
6 tbl butter
1 C hershey choclate chips

Instructions
Heat oven to 350...Grease rectangular pan. In bowl beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup..Pour into pan and bake 25-30 min or until top springs back when touched. Cool completely ..Spread on mint layer...Chill Pour choclate topping over desert ..Cover and chill
Mint creme layer...Combine conf sugar, softened butter, 1 tbl water, mint extract and green food coloring. beat until smooth
Choclate topping...In small micro proof bowl melt butter and choclate chips on high 1 to 1 1/2 min or until chips are melted
