     Creamy Jello Salad

Ingredients
8 oz can crushed pinnapple
3 oz package jello (orange, peach or lime)
3 oz package cream cheese, softened
2 c. cool whip
1 med carrot grated
1/2 c. nuts
 

Instructions
Drain pinnapple and save the juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup and heat to boiling. Add juice to jello and cream cheese. Beat with mixer until smooth. Cool well.
Stir in pinnapple, carrot, whipped cream and nuts.
Chill until firm.
