     Peaches and Cream Cheesecake

Ingredients
3/4 c. flour
1 t. baking pwd
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 T. butter, softened
3 1/4 oz package dry vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT)
1 large can peaches, well drained, reserve juice
8 oz package cream cheese
 
1/2 c. sugar
3 T reserved juice
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Instructions
In large bowl combine and beat for 2 min at medium speed; flour, baking pwd, 1/2 t. salt, egg, milk, 3 T butter, and vanilla pudding.
Pour into well greased 10 inch pie pan. Place sliced peaches on top.
Mix in small bowl and beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 T reserved juice. Spread over batter within 1 inch of pie pan edge.
Sprinkle with 1 T sugar and 1/2 t. cinnamon and bake at 350 for 30-35 min. Or until crust is brown. Filling will appear soft. Store in fridge.
