Beat eggs until stiff, adding 2 1/2 c. sugar a little at a time.

Add salt and vanilla and mix well.
|
|
|
|
Add half and half and milk, mix well.
|
|
|
|
Pour into ice cream maker and churn until the desired consistency is reached.
